Meet Coach Michelle-Rose

Coach Michelle-Rose 🦋 is a Mental Health Transformation Coach, licensed therapist, speaker, and author who is passionate about helping women heal from past wounds so they can be free to walk boldly into their purpose. As the founder of Our Wings of Hope™, she is dedicated to guiding women on a transformational journey from pain to purpose.

With over 20 years of experience in mental health and human services, Michelle brings both compassionate support and clinical insight to the work she does with women. Her approach blends transformational coaching with a deep understanding of emotional healing, helping women process past experiences, rediscover their voice, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Michelle is the creator of The W.I.N.G.S. Transformation Method™, a framework designed to help women understand past wounds, reconnect with their identity, renew their mindset, grow through the healing process, and ultimately soar into the life they were created to live.

She is also the co-author of the children’s book My Voice Is My Superpower, written with her daughter, which empowers young girls to believe in their worth and the power of their voice.
